Exceptions in the opening hours of the customer service in October
There are exceptions to the opening hours of Heka’s customer service on four days in October due to staff training. Exception schedules apply to both the telephone service and the customer service point on Viipurinkatu. Exception opening hours are:
- Monday 9.10. from 9 to 12 o’clock
- Wednesday 11.10. from 12:30 to 15 o’clock
- Monday 16.10. from 9 to 12 o’clock
- Tuesday 24.10. from 9 to 11 o’clock
- Thursday 26.10. the telephone service is available from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
When the customer service is closed, urgent defect notifications are called to the on-call service number 09 5767 3100.
Normally our customer service point at Viipurinkatu 2 is open by appointment from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00. On Tuesdays, we also serve our customers without an appointment from 9.00 to 15.00. Our phone service is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 in number 09 5767 3000.
