Heka to start change negotiations

Heka is starting change negotiations with the aim of achieving total savings of around EUR 3 million in personnel expenses.

Due to increased interest costs, rising building maintenance costs and general inflation, Heka had to make larger than normal rent increases for 2024. In order to keep rent increases more moderate in the coming years, Heka has prepared a savings plan. The change negotiations are a part of this savings plan.   

Heka has 707 employees. The negotiations apply to all Heka personnel, excluding the CEO. Heka estimates that the maximum reduction in personnel will be 33 employees.
