Customer service’s summer service hours effective 1 April 2024
The summer service hours of Heka’s customer service will continue until 31 August 2024.
Telephone service: During the summer season, our customer service’s telephone number 09 5767 3000 is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 midday.
On-call service: Outside of service hours, the on-call service number 09 5767 3100 is available for urgent fault reports.
As Oy apartments’ telephone service: As Oy residents’ telephone service number 09 5767 4000 is also available during the summer season from 9 a.m. to 12 midday.
Customer service point: The customer service point at Viipurinkatu 2 is open Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. without appointment. Appointments are available Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 12 midday and Thursdays from 12 midday to 3 p.m. The customer service point is closed on Mondays and Fridays.
