New Heka homes to be completed in Laajasalo in late July – application period starting on 30 April

The application period for the apartments starts on Tuesday 30 April. You can apply for the apartments by submitting an application to the City of Helsinki. If you have a pending housing application, you can add an apartment of the new location to your application by editing the application during the application period.

Gunillantie 3 is located in Laajasalo near the sea and several parks. The location consists of three residential buildings of 5–7 floors with lifts. All of the buildings and apartments are designed to be fully accessible.

Each apartment features a glazed balcony and also has a heated storage compartment. The apartments feature vinyl plank floors, while the toilets and bathrooms have ceramic tile floors. The kitchens have spaces and connectors reserved for dishwashers and microwave ovens.

The buildings feature plenty of shared facilities for tenants: two saunas, a free-of-charge laundry room with drying rooms, a club room and various types of storage spaces. One of the saunas is located on the ground floor, while the other is located on the top floor of one of the buildings. The location has 44 parking spaces for tenants. The yard area and ground floor storage rooms also have space for approximately 200 bicycles.

Gunillantie 3 is a smoke-free location: smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, on the balconies and in the shared facilities. Smoking is only allowed in a designated smoking area that may be set up in the yard.
