Aimo Park controls parking at Heka buildings – unassigned parking spaces to be controlled, too

Going forward, Aimo Park will be in charge of parking control at all Heka buildings. From February onwards, unassigned parking spaces will also be controlled in all sites.

Parking control will be carried out in parking areas, in the yard and on emergency routes. Parking terms and conditions are provided in signs posted in the areas.

  • Parking is only allowed in marked parking spots for parking space holders.
  • Parking in areas outside marked parking spaces, in the yard and on emergency routes is prohibited with the exception of short-term loading and unloading.
  • Parking in unassigned parking spaces is not allowed.

Unauthorised parking will result in a control fee. The amount of the control fee is based on the parking fine charge in Helsinki determined by the authorities.

As of 1 February 2025 and as soon as we are able to post signs in the locations, parking control will be assigned to Aimo Park in locations where parking control has been carried out by municipal authorities or ParkkiPate.

Parking control customer service

If you observe unauthorised parking in a Heka property, you can file a control request with Aimo Park at www.aimopark.fi/en/customer-support/valvontapyynto/ . The control request form can be filled out around the clock on every day of the week. The control request will be transmitted to the traffic wardens on duty in the area in real time, and the request will be carried out as soon as possible.

If you are dissatisfied with a parking ticket, you must submit a written appeal to Aimo Park. Only a written appeal to Aimo Park will stop the recovery proceedings. Filing a complaint with Heka will not stop the recovery proceedings.
