Additional housing services
If you wish, you can reserve separate services from Heka. These are subject to an additional fee. The easiest way to make and terminate parking space and sauna reservations and to order additional keys is through Heka’s Resident Portal. This page also provides information on how to make a laundry room reservations and request that a flag be flown in celebration of something.
The monthly recurring additional services, such as parking space and sauna reservations, are invoiced with the rent. For individual requests, such as flying a flag and opening a door, we will send you a separate invoice.
Depending on the property, you can rent a parking space in the parking area, garage or parking facility. Some of our properties have car-sharing and parking spaces for charging electric cars.
If you are in need of a charging point, please contact our customer service. We will determine if there are any charging points available in your location.
Making and terminating a parking space agreement
You can view your property’s available parking spaces and submit a reservation request through Heka’s Resident Portal. A written agreement must be made for renting a parking space. Parking space agreements are always terminated in writing through the Resident Portal, for example. The notice period for a parking space is usually one month.
Most of our properties have one or more shared saunas where the residents of the property can reserve a weekly time slot. This is subject to a charge. The length of the time slot is one hour. Halves of time slots i.e. a time slot twice a month or single time slots cannot be reserved.
In addition, resident committees can negotiate with Heka on cost-free post-exercise and Christmas sauna time slots that are intended for the residents and then inform the residents about them.
Making and terminating a sauna reservation
You can view the free sauna time slots of your property and submit a reservation request for them in Heka’s Resident Portal. You can also view your current sauna reservation and terminate your sauna time slot reservation in the Resident Portal.
Using the laundry room of your building or group of buildings is free.
Some of our properties also have laundry rooms or washing machines for washing rugs.
The reservation and key practices of our shared laundry rooms vary between properties. Check the page of your property or the Resident Portal to see whether you can reserve a laundry slot through a separate online service. You can also ask our customer service for instructions for reserving a laundry slot.
You can order additional keys as needed. We will invoice you for any additional keys according to our price list.
Order the additional keys either through Heka’s Resident Portal, by email from our customer service or by visiting our customer service point. Additional keys cannot be ordered by phone.
The delivery time for additional keys is from a few days to two weeks. If you urgently need the additional keys, you can make an express order for an additional fee.
Additional copies of keys may only be made through Heka. If you have had a new key made elsewhere to, for example, replace an original key that you have lost, Heka is entitled to order a rekeying when you move out of the apartment and the resulting invoice will be charged to you.
When you move out, return all the keys to your apartment in accordance with the instructions given to you in connection with the termination of your lease. If you do not return the keys by the agreed date, Heka will order a rekeying that you will then have to pay for.
Please be careful with your keys. If a key gets lost, is damaged or stolen, notify Heka immediately.
You can request from our customer service that a flag be flown in celebration or commemoration.
