A housing consultant helps when a difficult life situation is reflected in your housing.
Sometimes there are situations where you need help with housing issues. Such issues may be, for example, accumulated rental debts or difficulties in coping with the maintenance of your apartment. Habitation is also always a social activity, and coexistence with neighbours is not always smooth. It may be that the problems are already escalating into an eviction situation.
Housing consultations are available for housing problems from the Helsinki Social Services professionals who work in cooperation with Heka. Housing consultations can be used to support the tenant in housing-related problems and find solutions to the situation together with the tenant. Housing consultants are trained professionals who can address the tenant’s housing problems in a versatile and individual way.
Housing consultations are free of charge for tenants.
