Each apartment features a glazed or French balcony. Each apartment has its own heated storage space in the basement. Passage to all apartments is accessible, and the apartments have been designed to be accessible. The bathrooms feature wet underfloor heating. Some of the apartments feature a walk-in cupboard. The kitchens have connections for a dishwasher, and the bathrooms have connections for a washing machine.

The entrance to the stairway is on Kettutie and the accessible entrance is located at the end of the building on the courtyard side. Common facilities for the residents include a club room, a laundry, drying rooms, storage rooms for outdoor equipment, an emergency shelter and storage rooms for prams. The shared saunas are located on the topmost floors of buildings A and C.

The parking facility is located under the yard, and 23 of its parking spaces have been reserved for the residents of this location. There is an OmaGo car for the joint use of the residents.

As with Heka’s other new buildings, smoking is prohibited in the apartments, on the balconies, and in the shared facilities. Smoking is also prohibited in the courtyard, with the exception of any separate designated smoking areas.
The Siilitie metro station is less than 500 metres away, and Kettutie has great connections in all directions for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The nearest services are by Siilitie and at the western end of Kettutie. The Herttoniemi metro station is approximately 1.5 kilometres away.
