Description of the location
Myllypurontie 22 is an apartment building location completed in 1965 in the Myllypuro apartment building area. There are several daycare centres and schools in the area. There are also natural areas and parks right nearby. The area’s transport connections are good: Myllypuro is located along the metro track and Ring I. By metro, it takes approximately 16 minutes to get from Myllypuro centre to Helsinki city centre.
Myllypurontie 22 consists of three 8-storey buildings with a total of 192 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom family homes. Most of the apartments are one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. The buildings have lifts.
The comprehensive modernisation of Myllypurontie 22 will be completed in April 2025. The modernisation involves renovating the location to be as good as new. The apartments and their fixtures are being renewed, technical building services are being updated and the residents' shared facilities, building facades and yard areas are being refurbished.
