Description of the location
Smoltinkaari 6 is located in Tapanila, in the middle part of Smoltinkaari. The block consists of a Heka and Haso property and it is located by the main line, a short walk away from the Tapanila train station. The outdoor recreation areas of Fallkulla and Malmi Airport are close by, and the central services of Tapanila are not far either.
The floors in the apartments, hallways and kitchens are covered with vinyl plank. The floors in the toilets and bathrooms are tiled with ceramic tiles.
The kitchens have induction ovens and cooker hoods. The studio apartments and the two-room and small three-room apartments have refrigerator-freezers, the larger three-room apartments have refrigerator-freezers and space reserved for another refrigeration apparatus, and the four-room apartments have two refrigerator-freezers. There is space and connections for a dishwasher and a microwave oven.
The bathrooms have worktops with sinks as well as under-cupboards, mirror cabinets and laundry cabinets. There is space and connections for a washing machine and a tumble-dyer.
All the apartments have glazed balconies.
The club room, laundry room, drying rooms, pushchair storage facilities and storage units are located on the first floor. The storage units for outdoor equipment are in the outbuildings.
Access to apartments is unobstructed, and the apartments are designed to be accessible to persons with disabilities. There is an unobstructed entrance from the yard to the staircase.
Twenty parking spaces in a separate parking facility have been reserved for residents. Bicycle storage areas are located in the yard area and in the storage facilities on the first floor.

Like all of Heka’s new buildings, Smoltinkaari 6 is a non-smoking property: smoking is prohibited in apartments, balconies, terraces and courtyards.
